Honestly, I don’t think this is necessary. (It won’t work, either) As someone who has current and retired modifications, I think body mods are not something everyone should HAVE to overlook when hiring someone. Honestly, there are a lot of businesses whose customer base is discriminatory against body mods. If hiring someone with piercings or tattoos is going to hurt their business, of course they shouldn’t have to hire them. For example, a store that caters mostly to older people or a very conservative population shouldn’t have to hire someone that will potentially drive business away.  Piercings and tattoos are not like being a minority or lgbt or disabled in that they are not an inherent part of who you are. You choose to have mods. You choose to look the way you do, and have every right to do so, and I wish more people were understanding of alternative forms of beauty and body modification, but if you get a million tattoos and then can’t find a job thats your lack of foresight. If you want to be an investment banker or doctor maybe don’t get face tattoos just yet. I would like to get more tattoos and piercings in the future but I would rather be in a comfortable place in my chosen profession before getting anything too visible/extreme. 

AND, if you are that qualified/good at the job you are trying to get/keep despite your mods, your character and work ethic should sway your employer more than how you look. If they fire you JUST because you have mods, either there’s something wrong with you, or them. Either way you are better off without the job. 

And this is coming from someone who has had to hide piercings/tattoos to get/keep jobs, and I knew what I was getting into before I applied for said jobs.
